manual setup
• First
of all, you have to connect your computer to the NETGEAR extender via Ethernet
cable.
• In
the next step, you have to open the web address bar on your browser and type
the web address as http://myWiFiext.net or you can search the web as mywifiext extender login and then press
enter.
• After
that, you will be prompted to enter a username and password for the login. The default username is admin and the default
password is the password for your NETGEAR extender device.
• After
you logged in successfully, go to the Setup under the Wireless Settings.
• Then
go to the Security options and check the value in the Password field. Make sure that the password is same as your
router password if the password does not match then change the password to
match your router password.
• Click
on Apply to save the change you made and to proceed further.
